Breastfeeding & Infant Nutrition
The one truth about feeding your baby is that the experience is not exactly what you think it will be. You are not alone. Help is available.

Lactation consultations can take place in the comfort of your home, on zoom or in my cozy office. I create a space where you can be yourself, express your concerns and be supported in a non-judgmental and compassionate way.
I’ll find out about your goals and any problems or concerns you are having.
I’ll gather some information including health/birth history, physical/anatomical assessments, and observations of your baby eating.
I’ll weigh your baby and sometimes give hands on help when needed.
I provide education, support and encouragement, and help your partner or support people learn how to help and support you.
Every mother and infant has their own unique feeding experience and there is no one right way. My role is to help you find the best way for you and your baby.
Each visit includes a written plan and a follow-up call with your health care provider if you would like.
I can also provide community resources and connections to help support you and the whole family.
