Through research, education and consultation, I help improve the lives of families.
As a perinatal and maternal child health nurse, I blend 25 years of experience in diverse health care settings with training and expertise in trauma-informed care, and strength-based, compassionate communication. I guide parents, parents-to-be, and birth professionals to learn new ways of engaging in the health care system and workplace for more positive experiences and better health outcomes.
What Perinatal Professionals can expect:

Supportive and meaningful sessions to heal from traumatic or disappointing births. Expert lactation education and support to achieve your infant feeding goals and cope with the challenges of early parenting. Advocacy and information to help you protect your autonomy and your family.
